I would like to ask for some help regarding the plugins: TPA, warps, spawn, sethome, ah

So I would like to add a 5 second countdown to the plugins, tpa, warps spawn AND sethome.

And if a player moves, the timer cancels

For auction house, how can I make it so a player needs a specific rank to be able to add more auction house listings?

I use essentials X for the tpa, warps and I wanna use an auction house plugin
