add a way to overide the minehut messaging system on servers

I've muted a person on my server but they are still able to harras players by using /msg

If the user is harassing people then they can be reported

they can be reported to minehut yes but servers have no possible way to stop them

I personally don't think it should be added due to how many servers mute users just for fun, if a player is causing issues then ban them, report them or /ignore them

you cannot force players to run a proxy command

you can make them run it via clicking a book though

Yeah your part of the very little people nobody who plays on minehut cares about “minehut player experience” and having anyone who uses that host able to message across all servers is a terrible thing
