my server is still doing the io.netty bug

i cant acces server console right now but a couple of days ago my server wouldnt launch and just say io.netty etc and it got fixed most skript varialbes got wiped it happened a second time and now i want to find out why its doing that and wanted to know if there is anything i can do to fix it

2. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.
3. Upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
