what i mean is i wanna move a server and its files from one account to another

You can backup your files and upload them to a new server, you will however not have the server name in this case - if you wish to transfer it you could create a ticket at !support

Hey, disregard my previous suggestions about the support ticket, you can simply rename your current server to a placeholder, download all the files - then create a new server with the name you're wanting to transfer, and upload the files there.

I'm not following this question, could you elaborate?

i have the files but they also have folders and anytime i try to upload a folder it turns into a folder called plugins which has nothing in it
