WorldGuard 7.0.10 is for 1.20.6 - latest version of WorldGuard I can see is the version 7.0.11 Beta for 1.21 but it might also work on 1.21.1

your regions and stuff should be fine since they're stored in the worldguard folder on the server im pretty sure

if it doesn't work, it's probably not supported for 1.21.1 but i've heard people say the 1.21 beta version works fine on 1.21.1

also next time, it's a lot more helpful if you (also) upload the top parts of the displayed error text rather than the bottom

best would be the whole crash log but that usually isn't necessary
