i try to start a server that isnt mine but it wont let me in

i do /join (DragonSMPasd) it doesnt work and it just says (image)

it wont start up and this keeps happening idk why

it never says starting up server

it also says its offline

are you starting it from the website?

Have you tried downgrading before this could be from that reason

if you downgrade your server to a lower version this may happen

do !logs and send them so someone can take a look @boreal quiver

📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.

Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.

and not only that the owners are on dnd so i cant contact them

and it has not downgraded
