Hello, I'm trying to log in on a new device and everytime i chexk my email or try to log in I am hit with this screen- despite what it says it not once has sent me a reset password email, i tried resetting my password on my other device and it still didn't let me log onto this one, what do i do?

i have done that, even when i click the email it doesnt do anything- i still cant log in

The emails are sometimes bugged

Don’t press I didn’t get the email that hasn’t worked for me
