#WorldEdit WON'T DELETE
39 messages ยท Page 1 of 1 (latest)
You have plugin issues. This can usually be resolved with the following:
- Update your plugins to support versions (usually the latest) but, in some cases you need to choose a version that matches with your server version.
- Delete any duplicate plugin jars.
- Check for any dependencies that you need to install.
Note: Plugins are not Mods, your Server Software needs to be Paper.
I have the latest WorldGuard, does it have any dependences?
I'll add CMILib for CMI, but WorldGuard shouldn't be experiencing any issues
Can you please send us your !logs?
๐ How do I download my logs?
You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.
Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.
Easily paste your Minecraft logs to share and analyse them.

ffs
not a very graceful boot. One second
That's mostly error text
Since this is right off the plugin's page, should I assume all of the pre-loaded plugins minehut had are busted?
Clear the folder and start again?
That seems right. I'll try that, thanks
@wispy jetty I deleted both the WorldEdit folder and .jar, and it's still on the server. What's the deal?
I'm happy to try and figure this out on my own, but the server's literally running a plugin that has had no .jar or data for two restarts. I've never seen anything like it
I have FAWE in the plugins folder. I've deleted WE, and it's still there
I stop the server, delete the .jar, delete the file, and it comes back as soon as I start the server. What's going on
WorldEdit WON'T DELETE
did you use the addons panel?
Yes
NO, file manager
I should use the addons panel?
I don't see a way to delete plugins from the addons tab. I have working versions of Aesync and CMI, I'm trying to get RID of WorldEdit
Thanks for taking the time to help me out, by the way. I assume this happens a lot, but I'm seriously stumped by this. In two years of hosting on my own hardware, I've never had this problem before.
Usually when I delete something, it just delets.
@wispy jetty Any ideas? Please save me.
I didn't, it was added by default
I did, I already told you that
Can you send a SS of how you're deleting it?
mhm and then just restart your server
I did. Three times in total, two times right after one another, all times deleting the .jar
What do you think it could be?
