Pepole can break stuff when the are not OP but i have in the area block-break deny can it be Luck Perms that is the issue what do i do?

@scenic ibex Your WorldGuard version is for Minecraft 1.20.6, while your server is 1.20.4.

This issue can be easily resolved by deleting your WorldGuard.jar file and replacing it with this version, https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldguard/files/4675318, which is compatible with 1.20.4.
