On the 27th June, my friend made a server for us to play on. On the 13th of July, I was on for about 2 hours. Near the end of the session I was playing for, why inventory was glitching, nothing major, just when left clicking an item, it would be a different item, that kind of thing (I'm not sure if this is in any way helpful, I just thought I should mention it). My friend logged on a bit later, after I had logged off, and they got kicked off the server at around 8 o'clock. They then couldn't find the server on the list of owned servers on the minehut website (picture below, as I don't think I explained that very well). Yesterday, (14th July as of writing), I attempted to log on again. When I clicked on our server icon in the server list, it would make me wait, then come up with the server message of ' timed out connection lost'. I went into the minehut lobby, and did the
/join, it would do the same thing, but sent a similar message in the chat. We would very much appreciate help, it's a very nice world and we've accomplished quite a lot.
(The server name isn't anything weird, I just blurred it out because I don't think we put whitelisting on and we don't want a bunch of bored random people joining the server, sorry)

what's the name of your server?

you can DM me it if you don't want to list it publically

although i'd suggest enabling a whitelist regardless if it's intended to be private

your server crashed on the 13th and it was in a stuck state that required manual intervention to get it started again

there's a proper fix being worked on by the rest of the team right now

there will still be some servers that are stuck like this until they fix them all
