Set two positions on the mine using a world edit plugin, Then make another region, in which you will run the command rg flag <region> block-break allow

That works, but if you would change the blocks positions you would need to change the region every time too. So if its really just that you want to break a type of block everywhere on the map then i suggest you to make a short skript in the skript plugin.

i remember using it and u can do like enchant anything

and do a cmd to hide the enchantments
