I know, so I switched it back to the version I was on prior and it is still broken.

Most likely because chunks are being loaded from 1.21 lol (as it says in one of the screenshots)

How can i fix this? Every time i delete the plugins they re-add automatically by themselves

That's one solution

Reset the world, go back to the upper version, or use chunker.app to properly convert the world

Thing is I want to find a way of doing this without resetting the world. The world file has lots of buildings my buddies and I built and we want to save the buildings

it converts between all major / minor MC versions

it's maintained by HiveMC - the owners of one of the largest Bedrock MC Servers
