make /r a command that brings you to a random server, much faster then double clicking

/r is already used for msgs, but a command would still be pretty cool

Maybe /mhr would be good? Could have that in the text for the random server button as well as by the portal

We aren't reverting the entire GUI, but we did just move the "Join Random Server" button back to where it was
