#enchantments and nether glitch

me and my friend @gritty kestrel have a server and we both added swift sneak and depth strider to our armor but neither of them did anything. Also, in our server we can't bring mobs through the nether portal for acheivements. it's like they literally just sit in the purple portal block but dont go through. Please help.

I'm not sure what's causing this, never heard of these specific issues. Are you sure the enchantments are on the currect piece of armor?

📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.

Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.
