of course every player / server needs to set up their "page" on their own and i know it would be hella hard for the minehut team to code everything. But i think it would be completly worth it

Here's my advice on staff: Let the staff come to you, don't look for staff

You want your staff to be already part of the community and be knowledgable of your server

hiring any old joe to be staff will not give you a good staff member

simply put, in my opinion this is a bad idea

you want to hire people who know YOUR server, not any old staff hunter in the lobby

Most people actively looking to be staff on a server they've never played are not gonna be good staff

What if people make fake reviews? What of they get a good rating and then grief servers? Also, a good staff is one which understands the server.
