I need a automatic server restart every 4 hours so that the server will not lag, I got ultimateautorestart plugin but when it does the /restart command, it doesn't restart but sets the server offline, some guy recommended me to use skript apparently and I am not sure how to use it.

I believe you are trying to help with the wrong thing. If you want the server to automatically restart, ultumateautorestart is doing it's job. Your issue is Improper /restart configuration.
In your server's config, there is a value (too lazy to view the config ATM) that specifies your server's RESTART SCRIPT. (Script, not skript, I know that 1000 people will say that). It is a shell file that automatically starts your server. Here is how /restart works.
- u type /restart
- server shuts down, but also runs the restart script
3: the restart script starts the server
4: successful restart.
The issue is, Minehut dosn't have support for a custom restart script (as far as I am aware.). This is physically impossible unless you utalize an external server that every 4 hours sends a Minehut API request that makes Minehut believe you pressed the restart button.
