It's your responsibility to have access to your email which you signed up with, it's not Minehut's responsibility.

yes but since i lost my email, theres no way to change it once you make the account

There's plans to allow you to change your email in the future, if you have access to that email. It's a universal thing that you require access to your email in order to do anything with your account on any website, and Minehut is no exception to that. It's your responsibility to ensure you have access to your account. If support was unable to help you, no one here can either I'm afraid. It's been recommended before that if you have a world on that server, you can use a world downloader mod to get a copy of it, but there's not much else you can do.

I understand that, but what i dont understand is why when i have very solid evidence i own the account and that its mine, i cant just get it back?

If you had "solid" evidence and the support team agreed with you they would have allowed you to migrate your account. There's nothing else anyone can do 😦

you need to login to your minehut account to even link your minecraft account to it, I have access to my minecraft account and can easily prove that. unfortunately the support doesnt think i own the account...ill mark as resolved, i just think its stupid

and you have to understand, i have a 2 year world that i have been playing on with freinds with, i cant just give up on this world
