📃 How do I download my logs?
You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.
Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.
Easily paste your Minecraft logs to share and analyse them.
start your server, let it crash, go to file manager of your server, go to logs folder, scroll down, download latest.log, send it here

no space left on your server
maybe delete some files you don't need?
I'm not too sure how common this error is and what the fix could be, maybe email support and ask them what files are taking up so much space? !support

more logs wont do anything until you fix the storage issue
your server is at full storage capacity, it cant do anything more
I had this issue once, contacted support and they found someone had loaded millions of blocks in a direction in a world, they were able to just cut it out
So yeah, contact support, ask what's taking all the storage and if there's an easy fix
If you don't want to completely delete the worlds you can use software like mcaselector to delete as many chunks/regions as possible to reduce file size
Dylan can cut parts of worlds
I wouldnt mess with that without any knowledge about it
but, for example, could reset most of the end
the other option is to get a 40gb storage plan
delete the folder named world_the_end
yes
a new one
will be generated
yw
also what's border
i recommend adding a border
especially for lifesteal, bases are impossible to find if the map is too large
not only will it heavily limit the chunks loaded to save a ton of space it will improve the gameplay quality
the new end will be the exact same as the old one, but freshly made
brand new
like never used
for lifesteal, I recommend 10k or lower
10k is terrible for an end border
that's just 5k in each direction
