yeah it's Fabric, so you cant download plugins

Fabric stuff can download mods but not plugins
Paper server can download plugins but not mods

How to install plugins in your world

if you are the owner, go to the minehut website: https://app.minehut.com/
go to "My Servers"
find your server's name and click "Manage"
click on "File Manager" at the right
scroll down and find the "plugins" folder
download the plugin (.jar) file from the internet, not the addons panel and restart your server!
