it is mainly the contrast between bright yellow text on a beige-ish background, at least for me.
checking with a contrast checker, it scored around a ~1.4:1 ratio. you could try to chain the font color to something that's more readable, but it could make it hard to read in other places. it may be tacky, but you could to a border around the text to more clearly outline the text from the background.

for text like that, it's ideal to get a ratio of 4.5:1 for WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and 7:1 for WCAG Level AAA
