My servers’ files were reset. wth

Upon starting the server today, I see that every single plugin is gone. Every file has reset. I can’t tell if the world has reset since I’m not home and can’t join, but indeed every other thing has been reset after the downtime. And to think, it saves every 60 seconds. How did this happen?

Yeah of course, you should shut down your server and do not try and activate it again until you're told it's safe to.

You can report them if you want just ask a volunteer mod verbally or open a support if they keep doing it

what if a player tried to start it up with /join ??

Unfortunately, that can't be prevented. But you shouldn't try to start your server. The more you start your server the harder it becomes to recover any lost files.
