I wanted to switch my server from 1.20.4 back to 1.19.4 because id get more players bc my friends use 1.20.1 my point is when I try to bring my server to 1.19.4 it doesnt start. Here might be some things affecting it: I have a bunch of 1.20.4 plugins but that shouldnt stop the server from starting right?
Maybe theirs a block placed from 1.20.4 and its causing issues any suggestions?

You'd have to reset your world for it to work

I did some research their is this one plugin that is like viaversion but it works backwards like older versions can join I added it to my server but it doesnt work?

it;s called viabackwards

you need to add it WITH viaversion

Viaversion would indeed allow previous versions to join but the server itself would still be on 1.20.4
