Griefprevention auto spam ban

[gleaming helm]

So players get banned by grief prevention for spamming and ive searched for ways but didnt find how to disable it. I cant unban players with /unban and i have to go in to the dashboard and delete the ban in a file. It is bad because now when dashboards are down i cant do it. Do yall have ideas how to unban in game and disable the ban feature?

I'm not too sure on how to disable the banning part, but you can unban players via the /pardon command if you have OP on your server.

It doesnt work tho cuz i have a different ban plugin

Which ban plugin?

[gleaming helm]

Oh it worked when i did /minecraft:pardon

[final surge]

or disable it through the config

[sharp zealot]

its in the config

ctrl+f "spam"

and under it should say enabled: false
