Bring back 1.20.1 version for servers

When servers had 1.20.1 it was a major success for people’s servers and it was a working version without any bugs for servers and 1.20.4 ruined a lot of plugins for servers and people still have 1.20.1 version selected to their server while some don’t which makes it unfair also.

Since 1.20.4 has a lot of patches that 1.20.1 doesn't have

Yea but minehut could still make the patches for 1.20.1 and at lot of people want to host their server version back to 1.20.1 because some people were forced to switch to 1.20.4 due to some plugins or minehut could let us pick our own version that we want by changing the file setting that says "version" and we could download any version that we want this would be life-changing for players that own servers for minehut.

Minehut themselves doesn't change the gamemodes themselves, the only changes they have is whether to offer it or not (about the "minehut could still make the patches for 1.20.1")

but why can't they fix so that if we delete the version file don't let them appear again so that we download a version file instead this could be a really good feature for servers

I don't really know but some friends that I know had to switch their server version to 1.20.4 because they had a error in their console that they were not using the leastest paper version which caused some plugins to glitch or something

I really need to change my server back to this version because my server is broken now when I Switched it to 1.20.4 and I can't lose any of my server hard work:(

So basically I own a server that is strictly for 1.20.1. And most of my plugins are for 1.20.1 and when I switched it to 1.20.4 the server would properly not work and it would say “an internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command” and I can’t even teleport to my spawn because a lot of important plugins are not working Minehut I love your hosting and I want to continue using it but I really need my server switched to 1.20.1 so that everything would work and I worked about 2 weeks on my server🙏

I have kept a server on 1.20.1 and haven't updated it. I too need a strictly 1.20.1 server so I just never updated it because once you do you can't ever go back to this version. I don't know if staying on this version casues server issues though because it was unintended to stay on this version. If minehut rolls out a forced update to this server version I will be very sad

The only thing you can do atm is have an external 1.20.1 server not on minehut but connected through a proxy

Not possible on minehut atm you'll have to transfer your server files to a 1.20.1 external server
