make a support ticket, ask what's taking all ur space, they can delete extra stuff that's wrong or you might be able to delete weird stuff like skript variable backups taking too much storage

im also going to buy more disk space. however a couple days ago i bought the pro plan. But i don't want to pay for the 6GB of RAM again. How do i do it?

You might be able to go to support and refund the plan, and they'll give you credits for the days of the plan you didn't use
