Server wont start?

[subtle parcel]

when i try to activate my server it just doesnt. the reason may be because i changed the version of the server and reset the world? But now i cant even reset the server or load a backup cause it just shows an error.

and i JUST bought credits to upgrade the server to standard 🙏

but it keeps saying unable to find service when i try to do just about anything with the server
