my server doesn't let me use commands

I can't use vanilla Minecraft commands when I tried it sais this

Please someone help I spend like 100 hours on the server

I can't use normal commands like /gamemode survival but I can do /Minecraft:gamemode survival

If I click F3 with F4 it should switch my gamemode but it doesn't

📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

latest.log will be located at the bottom of the logs folder, download and send that
