Had this issue for a good while now and this is what I got from the console, I don't read it very well so could someone try to help me out?

Oh and what can I do to fix it, I really want this server up and running

Whenever I try to join the server in-game it gives me this message

📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

did you downgrade your server version

like from 1.20.4 to 1.16.5

I don't think the server ever went to 1.20.4, at most 1.17

Yeah we updated it to 1.17

well its saying the world was saved in a newer version of mc than its currently running

So I guess we downgraded it then

you need to reset the world to downgrade. you can update back to 1.17 and it should work
