I will start this off with the fact that I am 15.
(I have a government issued ID)

I have a friend who was permanently banned from mine-hut for being underage. They have a government issued Id card that proves that they are 15.

They told be that “minehut does not have an appeal policy” for underaged users. He is not underaged. How do they go about verifying their age so that they can be unbanned?

Why would providing a government ID not nill the statement out?
