server keeps going offline

I deleted some plugins (essential plugins) and after only doing that the server keeps going offline each time i try and turn it back on. evne though it was perfect before i deleted those plugins
heres the logs cause i dont know whats going on with it to be going offline each time i try and turn it on.

stop your server, go to the config folder, delete both paper.yml files, and start your server
