My server seems to be stuck in a "shutting down" state and no one can join it. This has been informed to me yesterday and I'm unsure how long it has been like this. I have a custom paid plan for this server that makes it stay online 24/7. Here's some pictures of the issue

Try force hibernating and reactivating
