how do i make the /spawn command work in my box server?

it depends on what you're using for /spawn. but here, players are lacking the permission to access it.
so you need to give the permission node to the default group, which can be done with luckperms

and add that node (will look like essentials.spawn or something) to the default group with /lp group default permission set <node>
