Do you have the prompt enabled in your server list?

When you click edit servers

[slow creek]

Where is it?

[crimson zodiac]

In your server that you join click the edit server button

There should be a button to enable, disable, or prompt the texture pack

[slow creek]

In minecraft or the website?

[crimson zodiac]

In mc, the server list, when you click multiplayer
