Unable to Join Server

I saw something similar to this problem, but how do I fix it? It says the server is online, but when I try joining, it won't let me. I saw someone mention checking the console, but what is this, and how do I fix it?

Is it an external server and can you send the messag you get when trying to join?

I don't really even get a message, it says "sending you to (server name)" and the screen loads but then it just sends me straight back to the lobby

I've only gotten a message once and it said something along the lines of "error" and a bunch of other like codes in parenthesis but that was yesterday and I haven't gotten another message like that

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

I tried again, it says outdated client use 1.20.2

Then either install the viabackwards plugin or just launch your game on 1.20.2

Except it is on 1.20.2, it just won’t launch. But what’s the viabackwards plugin?
