you have quite a few broken plugins on your server

I know that doesn't directly solve your issue but broken plugins can lead to weird behavior

you have the incorrect version of viabackwards installed on your server

once Minehut updates to 1.20.4 the normal versions should work

yeah Minehut is using a ViaVersion build from october, but Minehut doesn't auto install ViaBackwards on servers

you were using ViaBackwards 4.9.0 which is older than the october build, so it wasn't compatible

yes I think there should be a dashboard panel option for letting advanced users manage their own plugins without Minehut overriding it
