Server problem

[fresh pike]

I've just realized that I cannot even Force hibernate the server, It just works fine and hibernate the server, But when trying to log in server, It says a error. And the only way to start the server is from console.

I've upgraded the plan of server to 16gb ram, but it won't hiberate server...

Please answer faster, There is alot players waiting for the server to be on.
