How do I hide the shopkeepers name | Minehut | Page 1

My original problem for this was that I couldn't name the villager. Then I found out I could use commands to name it and spawn it in, but I realised I can't add lore (I used this website thing that generates the command for me) So I thought I could try hide the name so then I could still use it in my skript but the Hologram would just be the visual name every player sees.

But, when I hide the name it only hides it temporarily, when I look at the villager you can see the name again. I tried to use colour codes on the website but then it just adds a black backround that sticks around out instead of text.

So what do I do? Do I use a plugin? I'm lost

go into the admin menu and click the nametag bottom left

Shopkeeper plugin doesn't use & color codes for nametags

I'm guessing they're using a command to spawn a villager

Just loop the entity to check it's name and change that name

You could just /data merge/modify the entity
