How can I add worldedit to my world?

I used to have worldedit on my server, but after not going on it for a while (several months), my server doesn't seem to have it anymore.

check in file managers if it is still there, if it isn't then download it again(I'm just estimating, i actually don't know)

The only issue is that I can't find worldedit in the add-on section

WorldEdit will not show up in the addons menu because it’s not on Spigot (menu pulls directly from there), you’ll have to use the File Manager and upload .jar files directly
