Tired of all the constant pvp servers?
Well then I got something for you. FishScape is a new server where you can peacefully fish, explore, do quests and much more. We don't use the normal minecraft fishing, instead it's a custom coded plugin to make it more of a minigame. All fish has different sizes to them meaning they're worth different amounts, they also have different rarities.

We are still working on the server and it's not yet finished.

Plans
I have some ideas of adding stuff like fishing could depend on the weather. Adding maybe at night it's a bit harder to get fish, but when it's raining there's higher chance of getting rarer fish.

The server is not open to the public yet as we're still working on it, but very gladly will we take feedback/ideas for it.

Fishing
This is what fishing looks like. You wait for a fish to bite your hook and this comes up as a title. You then have to stop the dark aqua line on the aqua as it's going around back n fourth.

O that's cool, i saw a plugin that makes this that i believe you're using, but it's a very interesting idea for Minehut. One thing that looks off is the fish lore. Try to take inspiration from hypixel or something like that.

Yeah saw that plugin after I custom coded our own, then decided to take insipiration since theirs looked better than mine did. So now they do kinda look similar but it's a custom coded plugin giving me more freedom and what not. And fo sho i'll look into hypixel and see how they do their lores thanks!

the issue with this is that currently the sizes are stored as a hidden weight. But the hidden weight is kind of a unrealistic number, right now the weight are pretty low. But further into the game you'll require to upgrade your fishing rod since the max weight of the fishing rod might stop you from fishing better fish.

But eventually the max weight very late game could end up at like 1000 which wouldn't make much sense
