Even after turning on flags like interact/build, no matter what I do armor stands cannot be interacted with. If anyone has a fix to this, please lmk. Some worlds in my server have this issue, while others don't

Update: This is only effective in newly created regions which aren't global, no matter what flags i enable/disable (the global region still lets me interact with armor stands properly)

Fancy holograms has support for text displays, decent holograms does not, thus fancy holograms > decent holograms
