#How do I download my server files

I noticed whenever I downloaded my server files it would just give me an empty zip file, I saw someone say that they made it harder to download for free servers but mines paid, so what happened? I wanted to make a second server to test things but it never worked

it seemed to work

I started the server, went to the file manager, selected all the files and folders in the root directory and pressed the download button at the bottom

after a few seconds I got a >200MB zip file

if those are the steps you are following you should make sure your local hard drive isn't full and maybe try another browser.
