Ever since I added minehut "external server" I cant apply my resourcepack.

on minehut, the resource pack links must come from the 5 sites that they have allowed. you can view the external server doc to see that they are

everything looks fine. try using a third party plugin to send the pack to the user rather than the vanilla mc way

just make a skript that sends the pack to the player when they join the server

on resource pack request response:
    if the resource pack was declined:

do you have resource packs enabled for Minehut? like go to the multiplayer server list screen. select minehut and press edit. and make sure its set to either prompt or enabled

thats probably there cause people were trying to put a pack link thats not one of the allowed links and reporting it to that plugin as a bug

I just tried downloading the pack through the link you sent me. and when I try to unzip it, it says its an unsupported format. so something seems wrong with the pack itself.

wet hemlock why does minehut do this stupid thing

the reason they only allow certain links is do to their ip hashing system. any players who join through minehut will be given a fake ip. so no servers knows their real ip.

but like a year or two again, some exploit to bypass this was discovered relating to resource packs. where someone can put the resource pack link as a ip grabber. and the client will make a request to the ip grabber also leaving their real ip. and some malicious group was doing this and inciting people to join their server to log their ip and revealing it to everyone.
