your world was loaded using the "Stellarity-v2-0d.zip" datapack and it's no longer installed, you need to reinstall it or the server will close due to missing datapacks

I assume the same place you originally downloaded it?

once you load a world using certain world gen datapacks, the world will always require those datapacks to be installed otherwise it'll fail to start

yeah or a different datapack you installed

this is one of the major downsides to using world gen datapacks/plugins, they modify your world permanently and it makes it difficult to use the world if you don't have those plugins or datapacks installed anymore
