It's not letting me start the server in verson 1.19.4 Don't know why

I had the same issue a while ago, does it say the server is starting and then does it instantly stop again?

And a lot of mods are not wanting to install

Yeah so its probably a plugin, did you downgrade it?

if you downgraded the server, its that, if you didnt, its a plugin

Then drag it into the plugin folder
