We were just playing on the server as usual, and everyone got kicked from it, upon rejoining everyone had around 5000 ping. We have asked our Host about it and they said that it is probably something to do with your end. We created a Ticket about it and were told to move it here - would appreciate the help.

minehut has multiple proxies. maybe the one your server is going through is bad and is causing high ping. have you tried restarting the minehut proxy and see if that does anything

i am not sure. ive never run an external server myself but whenever I see people saying they are experiencing that issue, it seems to just fix itself after a while
the only other thing I can suggest atm is to switch your external server back to the free and it will automatically refund you credits for the days it wasn't used. then wait a while and try again to see if that maybe puts your server on a different proxy

try joining the Minehut partners server and try asking there. since there are more server owners there that may know how to fix it if it has happened to them before. tho after joining, you have to do an "application" to get access to the rest of the server.

The servers already somewhat playable, getting 250 ping from the mh proxy and 20 from the designated so I think its relatively back to normal
