Is it possible to make a Skript that When someone mines iron gold diamond and emerald ore can u make it so it says there user name cords and ore type in a web hook? Like this in the webhook

Yes you can, when they mine one of those blocks set the player's loc to a variable and add it to your webhook. Do you mean webhook as dc server? If so just use skript-yaml to creatd a file of player and store dats in each player's notepad file. I do that.
