External server not working | Minehut | Page 1

Ive connected my server externally before, and have done the same thing this time. But it doesnt work, I have enforce secure profiles to false or whatever its called, done the startup flags in the settings, (I use pebblehost) and filled out the form in the external tab, I even setup a domain for my external server, (external.myserver.com) and connected that instead of the IP and port. I have no idea why this is happening but please help me, I know its not an issue with my external server as I am able to connect but it kicks me out for some username thing.

the motd set on the minehut panel is only for the motd shown in game on the gui server list
