im pretty sure the cooldown isnt per lobby unless it is i never really tried tbh
it could be that they have a og rank because they dont get white chat color but they get chat cooldowns reduced idk what the current are though for ogs and you can switch out the prefix you want (if you have it which cheese isnt too hard to get)
