Hey, my server hasn't worked for 2-3 days. The status is "Saving" and a restart or a stop is not possible. A friend of mine can't get into the server either. I get to the room where you have to wait, but no further. From then on I keep flying back to the lobby and get an error message. Would be nice if someone can help me :)

You can try force hibernating, but a fair warning, it may not save some of your data from that day. If you don't want to take the risk, support may be able to get it unstuck in a less risky way - !support
