on right click holding diamond shovel:
name of players tool is ''&b&lStaff of The Ghast'':
if difference between now and {%player's uuid%.Staff of The Ghast.lastUsed} is less than 1 seconds:
message "&fWait 1 seconds before use again!" to player
else:
make the player shoot a fireball at speed 2
set {%player's uuid%.Staff of The Ghast.lastUsed} to now
it says the second line doesnt work
